DILG, LRIs Partners for Caraga Consortium on Good Governance
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office 13 (Caraga) through its Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) and the Local Resource Institutes (LRIs) formally enter into a partnership for the creation of Caraga Consortium on Good Governance through the signing of Memorandum of Understaning (MOU) on October 24, 2016 at Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center, Butuan City.

DILG 13 calls for MASA MASID Volunteers
In time with its Regional Launching, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 13 (Caraga) calls for volunteers to be part of the DILG program dubbed as “MASA MASID”, which stands for Mamamayang Ayaw sa Anomalya, Mamamayang Ayaw sa Ilegal na Droga on October 24, 2016 at Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center, Butuan City.

DILG Monitors Conduct of Barangay Assembly
Along with 42,036 barangays in the country, the 1,311 barangays in Region 13 (Caraga) is set to conduct the Barangay Assembly today – October 9, 2016 as announced by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) through DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2016-124 enjoining all barangays to conduct a Barangay Assembly pursuant to Section 397(b) of Republic Act No. 7160, known as the Local Government Code.
